Mathematician working in geometric and topological data analysis
I am currently a Post Doc at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Aalborg University (AAU), and a member of the Danish Data Science Academy Young Academy Panel, often called YAP. At AAU, I am working on a project "Deciphering Nanoporosity of Amorphous Materials using Topological Data Analysis" with the Glass Mechanics and Structure Group, led by Professor Morten Mattrup Smedskjær.
I completed my Joint PhD ("Geometric and Topological Shape Analysis: Investigating and summarising the shape of data") between the Mathematical Sciences Institute, Australian National University and the School of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Sydney, in Geometric and Topological Data Analysis. I am interested in questions relating to object reconstruction, object classification, and understanding the relationship between morphological features and object properties.
